  Your view of this shop will totally depend wd on the day you go in. Helpers today laughed towards me as Ieft unlike normal shops who rely on serving the public. . For yours I have been donating via their Gift-aid cards as these are nice presents/birthday cards and help other groups plus they add on your tax (The government pays it to Oxfam) As had happened before the youngish woman there insisted they came without envelopes. I told her otherwise. The gentleman who she asked about filling in gift- aid said we did not need to and tried to sell me a card without it. The cards are in fact a donation with the gift aid agreement. As in that shop over the years I have done over 50 in the same way for my school and family I knew I was right. I said I would come back when my gift could be worth more (I got the percentage wrong). They got the niceness wrong and the three people talked, some-one made a joke and they all laughed loudly as I left. Rather unkind! A way of ensuring they get less donations! Not a good advert for Oxfam! I am one of their neighbours and work in Middle Row Stevenage.
