- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff rude and uncaring although appeared so at first. Entry card not working most of the time. I kept going to and fro. Cleanliness 3/10. No iron in the room. Horrible experience and would not go back. Overall rating 1/5. Stayed for 3 nights so had enough time for accurate assessment. Only advantage is its location in the shopping Centre and breakfast was good. Catering staff helpful and polite.By Admin, March 02, 2017
