- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have used this halfords many times as I live in Stevenage, the service has always been ok from the floor staff. Sadly today I received appalling service not from the general staff but from a very patronising and arrogant manager named Mark. I am totally gobsmacked by his rudeness and lack of managerial skills. my only hope is he doesnt treat his staff in the manner he treats his customers. I will never shop here again. This is not a reflection as Halfords as a whole as I have now dealt with its head office over this matter who where great and also 5he Letchworth branch Manager who was very helpful, polite and proffessional.
